Holistic Reset Retreat – Sevenoaks, Kent

A Weekend of Reconnection, Renewal & Remembering.

There are moments in life where everything gently pauses… where the noise quietens, the mind softens, and something deeper begins to come through.

Our recent Holistic Reset Retreat in Sevenoaks, Kent was one of those moments.

Set in a beautifully quirky, boho-chic space, tucked away in nature, the weekend unfolded like a slow exhale. The log burner crackled in the background, creating a warm, grounding energy that held the space as guests arrived and settled into a rhythm very different from their everyday lives.

From the very beginning, there was a sense that this wasn’t just a retreat, it was a return.

A Space to Soften & Open

Across the weekend, we guided our guests through a carefully curated journey of practices designed to reconnect them to themselves, not by adding anything new, but by gently removing the layers that life tends to build up.

Our sessions included:

  • Yoga to awaken and realign the body

  • Meditation & breathwork to quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system

  • Sound baths that allowed deep energetic release and integration

  • Cacao ceremonies to open the heart and deepen connection

  • Reiki and theta healing to work on a more subtle, energetic level

  • Tarot readings offering insight, reflection, and a mirror to the inner world

Each element flowed into the next, creating a natural rhythm, like waves moving in and out, allowing space for both introspection and shared experience.

Nourishment on Every Level

Food, as always, was a central part of the experience.

All meals were home cooked with care, designed not just to nourish the body but to support the overall journey of the weekend. Guests gathered together around the table, sharing stories, laughter, and moments of quiet reflection, strengthening that sense of community that naturally emerges when people feel safe to be themselves.

We were also joined by some incredible practitioners:

  • Adela, who hosted a powerful and thought provoking workshop that invited guests to explore new perspectives and deeper layers of self

  • Vicky our massage therapist, offering hands on healing and a chance for guests to fully relax and release stored tension

These additions brought even more depth to the experience, allowing each person to engage with the retreat in a way that felt aligned for them.

The Power of Shared Energy

One of the most beautiful aspects of the weekend was witnessing the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) shifts in each guest.

At the start, many arrived carrying the weight of everyday life, busy minds, tired bodies, a sense of disconnection.

By Sunday, something had changed.

There was a softness in their energy. A clarity in their eyes. A deeper presence in how they spoke and moved.

It’s always a reminder that when people are given permission to pause, even for a short time, something profound can happen. The body recalibrates. The mind settles. And the deeper self, the part that often gets drowned out, begins to guide again.

Leaving with More Than Memories

This retreat wasn’t just about the weekend itself.

It was about what comes after.

Each guest left not only feeling reset and grounded, but also equipped with practices and tools they can carry into their daily lives... small, consistent rituals that help them stay connected to that sense of calm, clarity, and meaning.

Because ultimately, this work isn’t about escaping life.

It’s about learning how to move through it differently.

A Quiet Return to Self

Weekends like this remind us why we do what we do.

Creating spaces where people can step away from the noise… reconnect with themselves… and remember what truly matters.

To everyone who joined us in Sevenoaks - thank you for your openness, your trust, and your energy.

We’re already looking forward to the next one.

If you feel called to experience a future retreat, we’d love to welcome you.
